Vintage Realty is a name that most residents in the Serpentine Jarrahdale shire know and trust for their real estate transactions. The company was founded in 1992 by Jenny Bosma, well before the huge expansion of the Byford townsite and the new sub-divisions. The shire has gone from a small country town on the edge of the metropolitan area to a large modern suburb attracting families and city center workers.
Vintage Realty has professional staff - Jenny, Lisa, Carlos and Sue - and are able to sell residential properties and hobby farms with a level of service that is consistently superior and visibly different. We have bilingual representatives fluent in French and Portuguese and all the sales people are mature with a wealth of knowledge in property. Our rental department prides it's self on a very low vacancy rate - currently 0% with a guaranteed drive-by inspection weekly. We are watching your property like it is our own.
Our office is on the South Western Highway opposite the Bowling Club and Shopping Center. Vintage Realty is located in 'The Real Estate Center' with Dawn Settlements also operating out of this building offering a full service to all real estate clients requiring a settlement agent to finalize the property settlement.
